Monday, Feb 8 ShowMon, 08 Feb 2010WOW. Lots of new stuff flying at me on the Bibb Sheriff's office/Bibb DA's office story with the child molesters and child sex traffickers walking free. What promises to be more interesting (and to bring new twists) will be revealed tomorrow morning, as I've just received a lengthy email from the Assistant District Attorney Nancy Scott Malcor with her full version of the events. (hint: Sheriff's office looks a little (little) better, DA's office looks a little less). We did confirm with Sheriff Modena on air that he called in the GBI at 12:30pm on Weds, Feb. 3rd, after parents had called the media (10:51am WMAZ was called) and Sheriff's office (11:00am) with the news that molesters and sex traffickers were walking free. We have also learned, according to the mother of the girl who was molested at 6, that contrary to what Modena said, YES, both the molester of the 6 y/o and of the 12 y/o are out of jail, scott free as we speak. ALSO: Superbowl ads: Tebow ad: THIS IS WHAT THEY WERE GOING NUTS OVER? THIS IS WHAT WAS SO "offensive"? It's like being against fluffy pink bunnies..or being FOR kids getting cancer!! Know what side of the fence you're on and who's on that side with you, like people who claim to be "pro choice" who don't want to allow ads like that one on TV, nor do they want people like Mrs. Tebow speaking out for babies. Also, we talked about the "Green Police" Audi spots (how it WILL be with Obama/Pelosi at the helm), the "men have no spine" ads, like the Dodge Charger one..I had MANY comments on the truth nuggets in there..and other Super Bowl stuff. Also: The sophomore in NE High Band who sexually assaulted and beat to unconsciouness his fellow bandmate, a senior female. We find out this morn that he was back in school with her up until the trial. We find out that he was on probation WHEN he did this. (YES, even BAND KIDS IN BIBB SCHOOLS ARE ON PROBATION/DANGEROUS) We find out that even though he lied (b/c he was found guilty) on the stand, saying "I didn't do it..she started it and she was hitting me..I only was defending myself", the judge STILL decided to only give him 30 days in the YDC (youth detention) and two years probation, anger management and $3,900 in fines. This after he'd ALREADY been on probation when he did the beatdown! Sadly, he'll probably grow up to be the next murderer or rapist in Bibb who has never been held fully accountable for his actions....WHY will he be on probation AGAIN in 30 days??? He smacked her butt and beat her to unconsciousness when she rejected him, and was standing over her in rage with fists clenched after she fell, according to reports. WHY is he free in 30 days? And the girls parents testified they couldn't believe he was allowed back in school with her again recently!! She's terrified. AND..Obama, in a pre-superbowl Katie Couric i'view, saying he's going to meet with Repubs on TV to try to pass some Obamacare..what the heck??? And how he said Jobs was #1 on his radar last year, but it's still a jobs bill that's most imporant to pass now. WHAT? The stimulus was the jobs bill! It was supposed to keep unemployment to 8% or less. THAT was the jobs bill..this?? This is stimulus 2. AND..I LOVE how he says he wants transparency for the Obamacare talks with Repubs..Like he did for 7 months? Banning the press and CSPAN when he told us 8 times in a year and a half that he'd put all the negotiations for Obamacare on CSPAN?? And, he STILL is trying to pass Obamacare..still! YES, he will be one term b/c he STILL hasn't learned from us!

Since it is obvious Krok is omniscient, something usually reserved for God or gods, we can do away with the entire legal system and let him tell us what to do. Then he and Obama can duke it out to find out who we should truly worship. If Krok wins, Lilly can sit at his right hand. Larry Gray Going by what the Sheriff said this morning they were still in Jail. I have all the confidence that this situation will be done by the law. If they go free it onl because the officer lied. That is the bottom line on these cases. I expressed how I feel about the 6 year old. Te 14 year old is the one I am asking where was the parenting. You had Sheriff Modena on this morning and the sheriff made you look like a fool. The main thing in this case is the officer lying. Krock thinks the time line is the heart of this case. No the heart of the case is why did the 14 year old daughter run away. wassupp! Just curious. Assuming that the Deputy was lying, how do we know she is not lying about the cases themselves. If the DA has to dismiss these cases, there must not be any other evidence, but it looks like we have already convicted these guys. Are all the witnesses in the sex crime cases recanting?
